Our first big ticket item is bought!

My mom bought our glider/ottoman for us today. It's a Shermag glider in cherry with fern microfiber. I wanted the khaki microfiber on the cherry but they couldn't switch the fabrics. The oak glider that the khaki came in was lighter than our nursery furniture, and the cherry looked better. The fern is a tad bit darker and has a very slight hint of olive in it, but it's still neutral so it'll work. Babies R Us was having a sale on these this weekend so as my early b'day present she bought it. They had one in stock but we had no way of getting it home today so we just told him to order one. It should be here in 14 days. Here is the online picture of it.

It's super comfy. I gave it a test run in the store. That's one check of the to buy list. Up next: Our nursery furniture which we'll get when we go register the day of our u/s.
