*She is 23 lbs and 30.5 inches (55% for weight and 50% for height)
*She has a big ole noggin...44 inches in circumference...90th percentile!
*She is doing well with all her development. She could do all the things that the doctor asked about such as scribbling (although she is more interested in eating the crayons right now), rolling and throwing a ball, bend down and pick up objects, etc. The only thing she still isn't doing is walking.
*Speaking of the walking though she is doing really well at PT...Stephanie (her therapist) has gotten her to take several steps and yesterday's PT session ended with her walking about 7 steps from the doorway to me :)
*She is saying several words that we can understand consistently. Dada, bye bye, uh oh, ow, hi, hey, no, and ball. She babbles all the time and points to anything that she wants and goes num num whether it's food or another object such as Scout whom we can't go anywhere without.
*She is really good with helping to dress herself. She knows how to stick her arms in the holes and understands her shoes and socks goes on her feet. She also knows bows go in her hair :)
*She is really curious about how things work. She likes to hit the light switches and go around looking at all the pictures on the wall while we tell her who it is. She loves to play in my safe cabinet in the kitchen, the one that has all the plastic stuff and pot lids in it :)
*She also has an obsession with cleaning. She will take my dish rags, paper towels, her socks anything cloth and go around "cleaning" my floors. She also likes to help with the dishwasher :) I just hope this trend stays around lol.
*She also likes clothes...a true girl :)
I really think this is a fun age. We've had some trying times with having to make her understand the word no, but we are getting there. She's just so curious about everything and is really trying to figure out how her world works. Here are a couple of pictures. Scary how fast they grow!
