2. Wish us luck..as of October our house will be on the market and we are signing a contract to build a house in Madison. We are putting down some earnest money and providing there is a clause that if we sell the house earlier we can remove it, we are signing the contract with a 6 month extension which means that even though we are signing the contract in October, they won't start building until April. It takes 6 months weather permitting for the house to be built. We have prayed over this for awhile now and we feel like this is the best thing for us. Now let's just hope our house sales quickly.
